The terms that apply when you work with AI by Friday or buy a pack.

These terms apply when you engage AI by Friday (operated by Kyudo) for
services, or purchase a pack from this website.
Services
Sprints, retainers and advisory work are scoped and agreed with you before
any work begins. Pricing and deliverables for that engagement are set out
separately, in writing.
Packs
Packs are digital templates and guides delivered on payment. Because they
are digital goods delivered immediately, purchases are final except where
required by law or set out in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
Templates and guides are for use within your own organisation. Please do
not resell or redistribute them without our agreement.
Liability
We provide guidance and templates in good faith, but you remain responsible
for how AI tools are used in your organisation and for compliance with
laws that apply to you.
