Packs
If the Small Team Pack isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of
purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Services
Sprints, retainers and advisory engagements are scoped individually. Refund
terms for that work are agreed with you in writing before the engagement
starts.
How to request a refund
Email support@kyudo.com.au with your order details and we will process it
within 5 business days.
